Community first, running second, we focus on creating a safe space for everyone to move their body! Initially founded as a way to preserve mental health during the pandemic, we still value our original slogan of "Mental Health Goodness". Since then, we have branched out to include groups for all types of activities: yoga, biking, and ocean dipping to name a few!
